If you do have a problem with/question about your blog, please remember that Rainy Day is a one-woman show, and while I do my best to be there as much as I can for my clients, I don't have the time to provide general blogging guidance and instruction. That's why I spend a good deal of time making the Client Resources and Blogging 101 sections info-rich references tools for my clients, packed with answers and instruction. My policy is to provide free, unlimited technical support for any problems caused by my own negligence, omission, or mistake. However, if the problem with your blog is due to something you may have accidentally or purposefully changed, deleted, forgotten, overlooked, changed your mind about, etc., I'm afraid I will need to charge you for first aid.

Rescue visits to your blog to alter, change, add, adjust, fix, or otherwise modify or support your blog are $10/per account login. Also, please note that the tutorials I provide in Client Resources are written as a courtesy to my clients - it is your responsibility to learn Blogger's basic and advanced functions on your own. If you're having trouble following any of the instructions I provide, and you'd like me to sign in to your account and come take a look, I'm afraid the $10 login fee will still apply, since again, I do provide those instructions as a courtesy.
